Debora is a hebrew name that means bee.

Bees have a bunch of characteristics I find pretty close to what I would describe as my attitudes towards professional life. Wheter they've got to do with the name or not, I think they've got to do with me anyway.

Highly organized and communicative.

Bees are very organized. They have the ability to perform their work very accurately and optimize their tasks in order to get the job done with perfection in details.

Bees communicate perfectly. The ability to make yourself understood and get the job done within a group towards the same goal is one major key to successfull work. And bees do that to perfection. Their language codes are spread through the whole community and known by every other bee. They make communication clear and straight-forward so that all other bees can position themselves towards any situation within the group.

All of this demands time and effort. I try my best to accomplish every work with these tools.

Hard worker, task-driven, versatile, collaborative.

Bees are hard workers, task-driven, focusing on each task at a time but managing a wide variety of simultaneous activities.

The beehive is a highly collaborative work environment, and in situations of stress, bees redistribute tasks and get the job done even in situations of dramatic change. They are versatile but focused on results.

Honey, the final result of their work, is highly appreciated and have a natural inner high quality control wherever its produced. Bees are highly sociable and self-aware of their role inside the organization. They’re highly efficient workers.

And... they have wings...!
